Suze Uttal is a paralegal in the Real Estate and Construction & Procurement Law Groups, where she leverages over four decades of experience across a breadth of states to handle corporate and real estate transactions.

What does Suze do for Clients?
Suze works on a broad range of projects for clients including residential and commercial real estate developers, investors, and lenders; buyers and sellers of real estate; businesses and non-profit entities, such as colleges and universities, with significant real estate components; and commercial lessors and lessees.

Prior to joining McNees, Suze worked for a number of companies and law firms, where she:

  • Drafted and negotiated retail and office leases, amendments, assignments and other related documents.
  • Reviewed and interpreted real estate documents for clients and leasing representatives.
  • Conducted due diligence reviews.
  • Prepared closing documents for purchases and sales of commercial real estate.

How does Suze spend her free time?
Suze is addicted to attending live musical performances of many genres, and she maintains a website where she writes reviews and publishes photographs.  Suze is also passionate about the arts, especially pottery.
