Elena Baylarian

Profile

Elena represents corporate and individual fiduciaries, beneficiaries, and other stakeholders in disputes involving trusts, estates, and fiduciary administration. She advises clients in complex and high-net-worth trust and estate litigation, including will contests, trust disputes, power-of-attorney issues, guardianships, and other Orphans’ Court proceedings.

As a litigator with extensive trial experience, Elena handles all phases of the litigation process, from initial drafting of pleadings and managing discovery to trial, mediation, or settlement. In addition to fiduciary litigation, she handles commercial litigation, including business and contract disputes. She has argued before the Superior Court, establishing precedential case law on fiduciary duty and trust administration.

Before joining the firm, Elena served individual and corporate clients across Eastern Pennsylvania. Her background includes experience in corporate, real estate, and contractual matters, as well as civil litigation, which informs her work on estate and trust disputes involving business and property interests.

Elena is a member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association and the Montgomery County Bar Association, where she is in the Probate and Tax Section and the Women in the Law Committee.
