Strongly valuing productive and collaborative working relationships with his clients, Greg approaches legal needs with open lines of communication and long-term strategies for success.

A sample of services Greg provides include:

• Vigorously defending employers in workers’ compensation cases, including hearings, mediations, investigations, and appellate proceedings.
• Representing employers facing claims of discrimination, harassment, and constructive discharge before administrative bodies, such as the Equal Opportunity Employment Commission and the Pennsylvania Human Relations Committee.
• Defending employers facing employment law claims in both state and federal courts.
• Creating custom employment and operational documents tailored to a client’s individual needs, including employee handbooks, non-compete agreements, and severance agreements.
• Conducting on-site and virtual investigations for employers facing reports of workplace injuries, harassment, and discrimination.

Greg graduated from the Penn State Dickinson School of Law in Carlisle, Pa., with a concentration in business law. There, he served as the Comments Editor for the Dickinson Law Review and President of the Business Law Society. While pursuing his Juris Doctorate, he worked as a legal intern for the U.S. Attorneys’ Offices for the Middle District of Pennsylvania in Harrisburg, Pa., where he assisted with sentencing appeals, criminal prosecution, and federal litigation. Greg earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in psychology from Millersville University of Pennsylvania.

How does Greg spend his free time?
When he is not practicing law, Gregory can be found riding motorcycles or cheering for Philadelphia’s sports teams. He is also a passionate guitarist, pianist and drummer who performs throughout the Central Pennsylvania region.
