Brian became Chair of McNees Wallace & Nurick LLC on November 1, 2018. In that role, he leads the firm’s Management Committee. Prior to that, Brian served as a Vice-Chair of the Mangement Committee for 13 years.
In addition to his role in firm leadership, Brian continues to represent management and employers exclusively, and provides representation and counseling to employers in all aspects of labor and employment law.
Brian serves numerous unionized clients as lead negotiator in collective bargaining and as counsel in labor arbitration matters. He also strategizes with non-union employers regarding their rights and responsibilities under the National Labor Relations Act.
Brian has a passion for CYO Youth Basketball and is entering his eleventh season as a head coach for the St. Joseph Chargers in Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania and his third season as a coach for Mid Penn Motion (AAU).. Brian resides in Mechanicsburg with his wife, Amy, his three wonderful daughters and their two crazy dogs.
