Chief Operating Officer
As chief operating officer, Jenna oversees the firm's day-to-day operations and works alongside leadership to ensure the firm runs smoothly and grows responsibly. Her work spans regional operations, talent management, professional development, and office administration, all with a focus on creating the best possible experience for clients and the people who serve them.
Jenna works closely with practice group chairs and department leaders on resource planning, team management, and service delivery. She also leads the firm’s market expansion efforts and evaluates strategic acquisition opportunities to broaden the firm’s capabilities and client offerings.
Outside of her operational role, Jenna serves as executive sponsor of REACH (Relationships Enriched through Appreciation, Core Values and Health), the firm’s engagement council dedicated to promoting connection and wellness across the organization. She also advises the firm’s DEIB committee, reflecting her commitment to fostering a supportive and inclusive workplace.
Jenna is motivated by building strong teams and practical systems that help the firm’s lawyers and professionals do their best work.
