What does Meghan do for Clients?
Meghan assists individuals, business owners, private companies, healthcare organizations and nonprofit organizations and has experience advising clients with general corporate matters, tax matters, mergers and acquisitions, and employee benefits. Meghan has experience in the formation and operation of non-profit entities, including public charities, private foundations, supporting organizations, and other tax-exempt organizations. She also has experience advising clients on compliance issues with respect to healthcare law, nonprofit law, and the IRS requirements of equity incentive plans, pension plans, and 403(b) plans.

How does Meghan spend her free time?
When not practicing law, Meghan enjoys spending time with her boyfriend and their cat, Vivie. On the weekends, you can find Meghan working on her tennis skills or catching up on her favorite shows on Netflix.
