Meghan Holjes practices in the McNees Corporate & Tax Practice Group and the State and Local Tax subgroup. While attending the Charleston School of Law, Meghan was part of the Tax & Estate Planning Society and participated in the Volunteer Income Tax Assistance program in the Charleston area helping individuals complete federal and state tax returns. After law school and before completing her LL.M. in Taxation at Georgetown University Law Center, Meghan clerked at the York County Court of Common Pleas handling different types of civil issues. In addition, Meghan was an extern at a law firm in Washington, D.C. where she worked on tax-exempt organization issues.
