Erica Wible, a member of the Public Finance & Government Services, Corporate & Tax Law and Environmental, Social and Governance Groups. She is a public finance and corporate attorney with five years of experience advising municipal clients, non-profit entities, financial institutions and borrowers in connection with tax-exempt and taxable transactions, as well as traditional bank and commercial lending.

Erica is a member of the Board of Directors of the Pennsylvania Association of Bond Lawyers and serves as Vice-Chair of the Lancaster Bar Association’s Municipal, Zoning and Environmental Law Committee. She speaks and writes on various topics impacting municipal and commercial finance, including:

What does Erica do for Clients?
A sample of services Erica provides clients includes:

  • Serves as bond counsel and borrower’s counsel to a wide range of public and not-for-profit clients in tax-exempt and taxable transactions.
  • Advises clients on various public sector issues, including Pennsylvania’s election law and Right to Know Law.
  • Represents lenders and borrowers in a wide range of secured and unsecured financing and refinancing transactions, including construction loans, revolving lines of credit and syndicated loans, ranging in size from small business loan transactions to large, multi-million dollar deals.

Prior to joining McNees, Erica interned for the National Association of College and University Attorneys, where she researched issues relating to higher education law. She also served as policy director for the Pennsylvania Department of Education, where she supported the researching, designing and implementation of statewide education policy.

How does Erica spend her free time?
Erica lives in Elizabethtown, Pa., with her husband, two young children and cockapoo.  She loves spending time with her family, traveling and exploring local vinyards and places to eat.
