Overview

Greg represents businesses, organizations, and municipalities in labor and employment matters. He advises clients in employee disputes, employment policy development, and onsite investigations.

He handles matters including employee claims of discrimination, harassment, and constructive discharge, as well as workers’ compensation cases for employers, offering guidance in hearings, mediations, investigations, and appellate proceedings. He represents employers in both state and federal courts and before administrative bodies, including the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and the Pennsylvania Human Relations Commission.

Additionally, Greg works with employers to create and develop custom employment and operational documents, including employee handbooks, non-compete agreements, and severance agreements. He frequently conducts investigations, both on-site and virtually, for employers facing reports of workplace injuries, harassment, and discrimination.

Greg also represents artists, record labels, producers, and venues in a variety of entertainment law matters.

Before joining the firm, Greg worked as a legal intern for the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Middle District of Pennsylvania in Harrisburg, Pa., where he assisted with sentencing appeals, criminal prosecutions, and federal litigation.
