Adam advises businesses, nonprofit organizations, and public entities on workplace matters, labor relations, investigations, and employment disputes.
Adam represents employers in litigation, arbitration, and proceedings before administrative agencies involving wage payment, discrimination, harassment, whistleblower, contract interpretation, and discharge grievance claims. He also conducts internal investigations, represents clients in government investigations, and provides training for employees, supervisors, and managers.
Adam counsels unionized employers on collective bargaining and labor arbitration, including grievance and interest arbitration proceedings. He also advises nonunion employers on labor relations and organizing matters.
Adam is vice chair of the McNees Executive Committee, co-chair of the firm’s Labor and Employment Law Group, and chair of McNees’ Professional Personnel Committee. He is also a member of the Public Finance and Government Services Group and serves the community through board and committee engagement.
