Bill practices in the Firm’s Labor & Employment Group. He is an experienced litigation attorney. Bill has represented employers before federal and state courts and administrative agencies, including the Pennsylvania Human Relations Commission and the National Labor Relations Board, and in private arbitration. He has defended employers against claims of discrimination, wage and hour law violations, and breach of contract. He has represented employers in labor disputes, including defending against unfair labor practice charges. Bill has also handled matters to enforce non-compete agreements and other restrictive covenants.
In addition to labor and employment, Bill’s experience includes general commercial litigation in which he represented companies and individuals in federal and state courts.
Before entering the private practice of law, Bill was a law clerk to the Honorable Thomas I. Vanaskie of the United States District Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania. Through this experience, he gained valuable insight into the practice and procedure of federal courts, including employment discrimination and wage and hour law litigation.
