Kelly A. Andrisano is a family law professional who assists with a wide range of sophisticated matters including divorce proceedings, custody disputes, domestic violence cases, spousal supports, equitable distributions, college costs, alimonies and palimonies. She has a deep understanding of the intricacies of family law procedure and a decade of experience in the government relations and healthcare services industries.
Kelly assists with court appearances, including motions hearings, uncontested divorce hearings, case management conferences and judicial settlement conferences. Her background with nonprofit management, public speaking, lobbying and strategic planning provides her with a unique perspective on the intersection of family law and healthcare services.
Most recently, Kelly served as the County Commissioners Association of Pennsylvania’s (CCAP’s) executive director for the PA Coalition of Affiliated Healthcare & Living Communities (PACAH), a statewide nonprofit association of over 150 members, including nursing facilities and other related businesses. In that role, she undertook lobbying efforts with state and federal legislators and managed the annual implementation and distribution of millions of Intergovernmental Transfer (IGT) funds for public nursing facilities. She also participated in statewide workgroups and communities, including Pennsylvania’s Long-term Care Regulatory Workgroup and the Medical Assistance Advisory Committee.
Kelly also served as CCAP’s executive director for the PA Association of County Human Service Administrators; as a family law associate attorney with two law firms, one based in central Pennsylvania and one in New Jersey; and as law clerk for the Honorable Eugene A. Iadanza of the New Jersey Superior Court in Monmouth County.
