Tom joined the Litigation Practice Group in 2015 after graduating from Boston University School of Law. Tom also practices in the Financial Services, Injunction, Education Law and Privacy & Data Security Groups.
In his practice, Tom assists clients litigating in state and federal courts in diverse matters including contract disputes, eminent domain, state licensing, corporate governance, and health care. Tom’s experience includes the following:
During law school, Tom served as a legal intern for Judge Joseph L. Tauro of the U.S. District Court for the District of Massachusetts; the Cambridge Public Schools Office of Legal Counsel; and the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Middle District of Pennsylvania. Tom was also a 2014 summer associate at McNees. Prior to law school, Tom taught high school English in Philadelphia and worked in corporate sales at the Hershey Company.
A York County native, Tom remains active in the local community, currently serving as president of the nonprofit Indian Steps Road Conservancy, Inc., and head coach of the York Ice Hockey Club Pee Wee (U12) ice hockey team. Tom resides in York with his wife and their puppy.
