Bob works with employers to resolve a wide range of workplace disputes and issues. He focuses on employment law compliance, employment litigation, workplace policies and handbooks, and employment contracts.
His practice regularly involves counseling and litigation on non-competition and other employment agreements, employment discrimination matters, workplace accommodations, employee leave issues, wage and hour issues, unemployment compensation, employee relations, employee benefits, and other topics impacting the modern workplace.
He has represented clients in litigation and transactional matters across Pennsylvania and New Jersey and regularly provides counsel on changing rules, regulations, and caselaw.
Bob practiced employment, business, and municipal law with a central Pennsylvania-based firm before joining McNees. He also served as an intern with the Penn State Dickinson Medical-Legal Partnership Clinic, the Pennsylvania Department of Health, the Dauphin County Court of Common Pleas’ Judge William T. Tully, and the Dauphin County Area Agency on Aging, as well as a legal extern with the Pennsylvania Governor’s Office of General Counsel.
A native Pennsylvanian, Bob is passionate about his community. He serves on the board of the United Way of Carlisle & Cumberland County, a non-profit addressing education, income, and health needs in the region.
