Mike Stoll, member of McNees’ Real Estate and Construction Group. Mike is a dynamic attorney with a diverse background providing extensive real estate and corporate legal counsel in various industries to achieve business goals and strategically mitigate risk.

Having worked for and advised elected officials for over a decade, Mike is able to provide unique insight on various aspects of real estate law and the unique challenges that come from working with local municipal officials.

What does Mike do for Clients?
Prior to joining McNees, Mike served as associate corporate counsel to national restaurant brands and affiliated companies with hundreds of locations across the country. There, he drafted and negotiated leases and lease agreements; led efforts on the acquisition and disposition of commercial real estate; and helped secure municipal approval for a 30+-acre mixed-use project. Mike also has experience as an associate at a respected law firm in Southeastern Pennsylvania, where he provided legal advice and counsel for clients in sectors including real estate, construction, utilities, non-profits, higher education, employment, and business.

Before practicing law, Mike spent over a decade working in government and on campaigns – this included service in the Pennsylvania House of Representatives, the Pennsylvania State Senate, and advising candidates for public office at all levels of government. Through this experience, Mike understands how to navigate dynamic issues before local governments and has also helped secure millions of dollars of funding through various programs.
