For more than 30 years, Mark has practiced as a real estate attorney in Lancaster, PA and has been an active member of the Lancaster legal community. He has a particular focus on zoning, land use and land development matters. He represents local, regional and national development clients in South Central Pennsylvania, including Lancaster, Lebanon, Dauphin, York and Berks Counties. Mark is actively involved with numerous real estate industry organizations that focus on local, regional and statewide development and transportation issues.
As a real estate attorney in Lancaster, PA, Mark counsels commercial, residential, industrial and mixed use development clients on all aspects of the land development entitlement process. He regularly appears before municipal planning commissioners, governing bodies, zoning hearing boards and state agencies. Mark regularly advises development clients on Department of Transportation and Highway Occupancy permit issues.
