Overview

Mark counsels employers on the full spectrum of employment law matters, helping clients navigate workplace compliance, employee relations, and litigation avoidance.

He has developed a particular focus on restrictive covenant counseling and litigation, advising clients on the drafting, enforcement, and defense of non-competition, non-solicitation, confidentiality, and related agreements.

He advises clients on discrimination and harassment issues, wage and hour compliance, employee leave, performance management, workplace investigations, reductions in force, and other employment decisions that arise throughout the employment lifecycle. He works proactively with clients to identify legal risks and implement practical strategies that support business objectives while minimizing the potential for litigation.

When disputes arise, Mark represents clients in discrimination, retaliation, restrictive covenant, and other employment-related litigation before federal and state courts and administrative agencies, including the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) and the Pennsylvania Human Relations Commission (PHRC). His experience spans a broad range of industries, with significant work advising healthcare, higher education, and financial institutions on complex workplace issues and industry-specific employment challenges.
