Lyndall J. Huggler is a member of McNees’ Real Estate, Corporate and Tax, and Construction & Procurement Law Practice Groups. He focuses his practice on real estate, construction and development, and business transactions.
Lyndall has a broad range of experience advising clients about business structures and acquisition strategies as well as in commercial loan transactions, representing both borrowers and lenders; real estate acquisition, development, construction, leasing, and sales; mergers and acquisitions; and condominium and planned community developments.
Before joining McNees, Lyndall was a partner at Blumling & Gusky LLP, a Pittsburgh-based boutique construction and real estate development law firm. He additionally worked in the legal department at Giant Eagle and practiced with a Cleveland law firm, concentrating on real estate and construction law matters, including the negotiation and preparation of design and construction contracts for the Cleveland Indians Ballpark and the Cleveland Cavaliers Arena.
Lyndall earned his J.D. with honors from Duke University School of Law in 1986 and his A.B., summa cum laude, from Wabash College in Crawfordsville, Indiana, in 1983.
