Lisa Miller, Pa.C.P.



Lisa Miller is a workers’ compensation paralegal with almost two decades of experience.  She works with attorneys on all facets of claims, from initial reporting of injury to settlement or final decision by a workers’ compensation judge.  In addition to her extensive knowledge of the workers’ compensation process, Lisa leverages her background as a certified medical assistant to assist attorneys as they navigate claims.

Lisa’s services include:

  • Drafting pleadings, stipulations, settlement documents, and correspondence
  • Interacting with medical professionals and independent medical examiners
  • Managing and maintaining medical background investigations (subpoenas, HIPPA releases, request for documentation)
  • Composing comprehensive medical summaries and preparing records for independent medical evaluations
  • Coordinating and advancing various aspects of litigation strategy
  • Overseeing discovery
  • Preparing and filing exhibits for consideration by workers’ compensation judges
