Kelly is a litigator practicing in the firm’s Construction & Procurement Law Group, consisting of highly skilled attorneys who help owners, contractors, subcontractors and design professionals navigate construction laws and regulations. She has experience representing clients in real estate, land use, construction, and general commercial and business litigation matters. She has undertaken large and small litigation matters in state and federal court.
Before joining McNees, Kelly worked for a mid-Atlantic region law firm and a firm in Ellicott City, Md. She served as a Judicial Law Clerk for the Honorable Judge G. Edward Dwyer, Jr. and as a law clerk for the Frederick County State’s Attorney’s Office. She also interned at the Baltimore City State’s Attorney’s Office.

When not practicing law, Kelly spends time with family and friends. She enjoys reading and playing golf.
