Katie is a real estate attorney who handles real estate transactions, land use issues, planned community creation, and litigation matters. Kaitlan strives to help her real estate clients by utilizing her attention to detail and organizational skills.
For two years, Kaitlan interned at the Cumberland County District Attorney’s office. There, she authored numerous briefs for the Cumberland County Court of Common Pleas and the Pennsylvania Superior Court. Kaitlan also conducted jury trials, bench trials, and preliminary hearings; ran the Summary Appeals Court under the supervision of a mentor attorney, negotiating pleas and conducting summary hearings; and assisted in other tasks as necessary to support the office.
Kaitlan earned her Juris Doctorate from Penn State Dickinson Law in 2021 with a certificate in Litigation, having participated as an associate editor and senior editor of the Dickinson Law Review and a member of the Phi Alpha Delta Law Fraternity. She earned five Center for Computer-Assisted Legal Instruction Excellence for the Future Awards, which are given to the highest-scoring student in each law school class, in the areas of Torts, The Lawyer as a Writer, The Lawyer as a Persuader, Non-Profit Organizations, and National Security Law. She was also one of two students selected to participate as the student mentee in the Dauphin County Branch of the Honorable William W. Lipsitt American Inn of Court, an association of judges, lawyers, and other legal professionals who aim to further elevate the profession. Kaitlan earned her Bachelor of Arts degrees in History and Political Science, as well as a certificate in Legal Studies, from the University of Pittsburgh in 2017.

Kaitlan is a distance runner, and loves to explore the outdoors, try new local restaurants, and spend time with her dog, Bobo, and fiancé, Jack.
