Julie is a member of the firm’s Estate Planning Group and focuses her practice on fiduciary litigation, primarily representing corporate fiduciaries. She is experienced in representing executors, trustees, and other fiduciaries in Orphans’ Court and other venues. She has litigated matters involving the interpretation of trusts and wills, modification of documents, and in actions involving the exercise of discretionary authority by a fiduciary. Julie has significant experience with representing parties involved in guardianship proceedings.
Julie attended Towson State University and prior to attending law school worked in higher education. She attended Widener University School of Law, where she was a member of the Widener Journal of Public Law. After graduating from law school, she clerked for the Honorable James P. Cullen and the Honorable Henry S. Kenderdine, Jr.
Julie has served on the Board of Directors for the Elizabethtown Public Library, as a director and then president, and until recently, was a member of the Northwest EMS Board of Directors. Julie is currently a volunteer for Basenji Rescue and Transport.
