Debra advises individuals and families on divorce, custody, prenuptial agreements, and other family law matters through litigation, collaborative law, and mediation.
She helps clients choose the process suited to their circumstances, whether through litigation, collaborative law, or mediation. She also prepares prenuptial agreements and advises on family law matters affecting families as they navigate changes in their relationships and responsibilities.
Deb has practiced family law for more than 20 years, has been collaboratively trained since 2003, and is a trained family law mediator. She has been active in Pennsylvania’s collaborative law movement since its inception and frequently speaks on family law topics across the state.
Deb chairs McNees’ Family Law Group. She has held leadership roles with the Pennsylvania Bar Association, the Honorable William Lipsitt Inn of Court, and Collaborative Professionals of Central Pennsylvania. She has served with the Dauphin County Bar Association and several community organizations, including Leadership Harrisburg Area, the American Cancer Society, and Dress for Success of Central Pennsylvania.
