Caitlin advises clients on Orphans’ Court litigation across Pennsylvania. She represents petitioners, agencies, and individuals in guardianship and family-related proceedings.

She handles matters throughout the guardianship process, including establishment, modification, and compliance, as well as disputes involving trusts, estates, and powers of attorney.

Before joining McNees, Caitlin served as an assistant solicitor at Dauphin County Children and Youth Services, where she represented the agency in Dependency Court and Orphans’ Court, and on appeals before the Pennsylvania Superior Court and the Bureau of Hearings and Appeals. She previously clerked for the Honorable Jeremiah D. Zook, of the Franklin County Court of Common Pleas, where she drafted judicial opinions and court orders in matters involving child custody, termination of parental rights, and civil litigation.
