What does David do for Clients?
Working with both family owned businesses and privately financed companies, David and the Automotive Dealership Group know the industry. David’s practice focuses on the negotiation and drafting of commercial and corporate contracts, including purchase agreements, distribution contracts and a wide array of other business agreements. Primarily, David assists clients as they navigate liquidity events, like a sale, purchase or financing transaction. Understanding the automotive industry and manufacturer relations allow David and the team at McNees to more efficiently negotiate terms and assess risks relating to a transaction. David also works with companies and shareholders as they navigate corporate governance matters and succession planning; this includes serving as outside counsel to boards of directors and executive teams.
