David is a corporate and commercial transactions attorney based in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania. Primarily working on mergers and acquisitions transactions, David serves a wide array of industries with his practice. He has experience negotiating buy/sell agreements, goods and services contracts, and a broad array of traditional business contracts for public and private clients.
As a member of McNees’s Automotive Dealership Law Group, David routinely counsels dealer groups as they navigate the buy/sell process, obtain licensing, secure transaction and floor plan financing and address manufacturer concerns. David also helps dealers, and their families, as they address business succession planning outside of the Mergers and Acquisitions space.
