Daphne has been a proud member of the McNees team since 2005, serving as the Director of Human Resources since 2006 with the responsibility for the leadership of the Human Resources Department and the administration of human resources functions across the Firm, including employee relations, personnel development and evaluation, training, benefits, and recruitment/staffing.

Daphne holds a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration and Management.  She has been a speaker at local schools and professional groups on the topics of employee engagement, office interpersonal skills, and diversity and inclusion. She is an active member of the Society for Human Resources Management, Human Resources Professionals of Central PA, and the Diversity Inclusion Professionals of Central Pennsylvania.  She serves on the Legal Studies Advisory Board for Central Pennsylvania College.
