Casey is an associate in the Litigation Practice Group as well as the Injunction Group. Casey supports all types of clients, from individuals to businesses, in their litigation needs, as well as works with clients to develop sound strategies for both litigation and business matters. She also works in Pennsylvania Orphan’s Court matters, with extensive experience in appointment of guardians. In all of these practices, Casey has utilized her writing, researching, and verbal communication skills to present arguments supporting her clients’ positions to judges, panels, and opposing counsel.

What does Casey do for Clients?
Casey works with clients to be a level head in the somewhat fast paced world of litigation. She explores all avenues in a case to inspire confidence in the client and ensure that the client has a clear picture of strategies and next steps. Casey breaks down the “legalese” in litigation to make sure clients, opposing counsel, and judges are on the same page in a case and to clearly set out her clients’ positions, whether that be verbally or in writing. Casey provides practical advice in the face of litigation to help clients mitigate risk and obtain the best outcome in all scenarios.

How does Casey spend her free time?
Casey is a lover of all things vintage and enjoys searching for vintage clothing and home decor. In her free time, Casey also likes to listen to music, attend concerts, and watch professional wrestling. Casey also takes care of her rescue cat, Charlie.
