Bryce has a broad network of relationships in the energy and utilities industries at both the state and federal levels.

Bryce has worked with corporations, utilities, consumer advocates, and elected officials to achieve competitive market-based solutions at the state and federal levels. He also regularly advises corporations and manufacturers regarding opportunities to reduce their energy costs.
What does Bryce do for Clients?
Bryce often represents companies and energy-intensive consumers in matters before the Public Utilities Commission of Ohio and the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission. Before joining McNees, Bryce worked for the PUCO, the Tennessee Valley Authority (TVA), and the Office of the Ohio Consumers’ Counsel. Bryce advocates for clients to ensure reliable power at just and reasonable rates. Bryce has advocated on behalf of residential, commercial, and industrial consumers in matters involving base distribution rates, standard service offer rates, riders, administrative rules, and other issues. In FERC matters, Bryce advocates for competitive outcomes in RTO/ISO markets, with a focus on matters impacting utilities and consumers in the PJM and MISO regions. Bryce is an active and outspoken advocate that always puts clients first.
How does Bryce spend his free time?
Bryce enjoys spending time with his wife, three kids, and chocolate lab. He is an active member of the Columbus and Bexley communities. Bryce enjoys playing golf and coaching his kids’ sports teams.
