What does Drew do for Clients?
Drew tailors his focus and services to meet the individual needs of each client. By viewing each client as a partner and considering their unique issues and objectives, he provides value-added and goal-oriented solutions and establishes long-term, collaborative relationships.

Drew provides guidance and representation throughout all phases of the business cycle, from initial organization through growth and capital procurement to ultimate sale or succession. The intimate knowledge gained through working with clients to meet their personal and business goals also allows Drew to provide estate and tax planning services to ensure that his clients’ hard work benefits those people and institutions they care about most.

For nearly a decade, Drew has worked with a wide array of businesses, including medical and veterinary conglomerates, early-stage tech investment funds, government contracting entities, banking corporations, vineyards and breweries, restaurant groups, green energy start-ups, medical cannabis companies, and real estate development firms and portfolios.

Before joining McNees, Drew worked for an AM Law 200 mid-Atlantic law firm, representing such clients as a private equity fund in an acquisition of a national collegiate sports broadcasting and marketing service during the uncertainties of the COVID-19 pandemic and a global investment and advisory financial services firm in the liquidation of several of its portfolio companies. Drew also clerked for Circuit Court for Carroll County Judge Thomas S. Stansfield.

How does Drew spend his free time?
When Drew is not practicing law, he enjoys playing golf, duck hunting, listening to the Grateful Dead, and spending time with his wife and two sons.
