HARRISBURG, Pa. (Nov. 3, 2025)  McNees Wallace & Nurick has elected Adam Santucci as vice chair of the firm’s Executive Committee, effective Nov. 1, 2025.

The Executive Committee is McNees’ senior leadership team, which guides the firm’s strategic direction and operations. Santucci joins returning Executive Committee members Brian F. Jackson, chair, and Nicole Stezar Kaylor, who will continue as co-vice chair with Santucci.

“Adam is a thoughtful and forward-thinking leader,” Jackson said. “He is collaborative and unafraid to challenge assumptions in a way that helps us keep growing and improving. Those qualities make him a valuable addition to the Executive Committee.”

Santucci also co-chairs the firm’s Labor and Employment Law Group and is a member of the Public Finance & Government Services Group. He also chairs the firm’s Strategic Planning Committee and serves on several nonprofit boards and committees throughout central Pennsylvania.

Santucci succeeds Robert A. Weishaar Jr., who had served on the Executive Committee for the past five years and chose not to seek another term.

“Bob has been a steady and insightful voice on the Executive Committee,” Jackson said. “His perspective and judgment have helped guide the firm through years of growth and change, and we’re grateful for his service.”
