She manages cases throughout the entire lifecycle, from initial claim reporting through litigation and settlement, ensuring that all documentation, deadlines, and statutory requirements are met with precision and efficiency. She is highly experienced in drafting defense pleadings, preparing discovery responses, coordinating independent medical examinations (IMEs), and compiling comprehensive medical chronologies that strengthen case development.
Known for her organization, attention to detail, and clear communication style, Lisa effectively collaborates with attorneys, employers, insurance carriers, and medical providers. She excels at managing high-volume caseloads in fast-paced environments while maintaining accuracy and professionalism. Her proactive, problem-solving approach helps move cases forward efficiently and supports successful client outcomes.
Lisa was elected and currently serves as the second vice president of the Central Pennsylvania Paralegal Association, a recognition of her professionalism, leadership, and commitment to the legal community. In this role, she supports the organization’s initiatives, contributes to professional development opportunities for members, and helps advance the association’s mission of promoting excellence within the paralegal profession.
