John represents businesses, public entities, school districts, and municipalities in a wide range of litigation and advisory matters.
His practice includes complex business and commercial disputes, with additional experience in antitrust, construction, copyright, and trademark matters. A significant portion of John’s practice is devoted to school law, municipal law, and government affairs. He advises local governments and school districts on legal and financial matters, represents them in contract negotiations, and counsels them on risk management, insurance coverage, and dispute avoidance. He also works with public entities on construction projects involving classroom buildings, turf fields, and administrative facilities.
Before joining the firm, John represented municipalities and businesses across Eastern PA, including Reading, where he built close ties to the local business community and maintains an office.
John regularly contributes to the Berks County Law Brief, sharing a local perspective on the legal developments shaping Berks County, Pa.
