Dana is the Chair of the Insurance Group, as well as a member of the Litigation, Financial Services, Public Finance & Government Services and Injunction Groups. She primarily focuses her practice on representing commercial and business clients in complex contract challenges and business disputes. Dana has particular experience in counseling on shareholder and corporate rights, as well as litigating business divorces.
In her capacity as Chair of the Insurance Group, she regularly counsels clients on coverage issues and disputes. For the Injunction Group, she assists clients in obtaining and defending against injunctive relief, including issues regarding non-competition and non-solicitation provisions. Dana also represents the firm’s financial services clients in litigating a wide array of issues, as well as counsels clients on collecting and enforcing judgments.
In addition, Dana is a member of the Eminent Domain Practice. In that capacity, she regularly counsels condemnors and condemnees in eminent domain matters. Dana has experience in defending clients in both state and federal condemnation actions. Dana has successfully secured the constitutional guarantee of payment of just compensation for the taking of property and damages to the remainder property caused by the condemnation. She has additionally assisted clients in asserting inverse condemnation claims where the condemning authorities’ activities resulted in a taking of private property without formal condemnation proceedings. Dana also has experience asserting the rights of public entities under the Eminent Domain Code and Business Corporations Law, including public utilities in connection with Marcellus infrastructure projects.
Dana is a former extern to Chief Judge Yvette Kane of the United States District Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania. She also proudly serves as a member of the Board of Directors of Girls on the Run of Capital Region as well as the Pennsylvania Legal Aid Network.

Represented landowners in various condemnation and compensation proceedings against PennDOT
Represented clients in federal, state, and appellate courts regarding disputes as to entity ownership and control in corporations, partnerships, and limited liability companies
Represented large financial institution in several cases arising out of the same set of facts relevant to an approximate $3 million collection effort
Represented nationally recognized store in landlord/tenant matters before the American Arbitration Association
Represented nationally known real estate development and management company in complex tax assessment appeal litigation regarding issues of constitutionality of tax assessment appeals
