Elizabeth represents families and businesses in estate and tax planning. She advises clients in matters ranging from simple wills and estate planning to succession planning and family wealth and business transfers, particularly in the automotive dealership industry.
For owners of automotive dealerships, she counsels on tax minimization and succession issues, utilizing trust structures and other asset protection strategies. She also counsels clients on charitable planning, including private foundation formation and donor-advised fund establishment.
Elizabeth collaborates with members of the firm’s Orphans’ Court Litigation group in the representation of individuals and fiduciaries in estate and trust litigation and probate disputes.
