Brian advises individuals, families, and business owners on estate planning, wealth transfer, business succession, and related corporate matters.

Brian assists clients with wills, powers of attorney, and federal estate tax planning, including planning for high-net-worth individuals and families. He drafts revocable and irrevocable trusts, spousal trusts, charitable remainder trusts, charitable lead trusts, beneficiary defective inheritor trusts, and intentionally defective grantor trusts.

Brian also advises clients on business succession planning, including shareholder agreements, recapitalizations, and the gifting or sale of business interests to trusts. His work with individual clients and business owners informs his representation of companies in entity formation, operations, mergers, and acquisitions.
