Overview
Victoria assists clients with utility law, regulatory compliance, and environmental litigation. Her work spans matters involving energy and water rates and procurement issues, regulatory and litigation matters, and environmental issues across all industrial and commercial sectors.
Her experience also includes litigation support in subrogation matters, investigative work in regulatory enforcement, and anti-money laundering compliance.
Before joining McNees, Victoria held regulatory roles in the energy sector where she supported regulatory counsel on rate cases, rulemakings, and multistate compliance filings.
Victoria volunteers her time representing children in Philadelphia dependency proceedings.
