Profile

Susan Grosh is a family law attorney who helps clients through complex property division, divorce, support, and custody matters. With more than 40 years of experience in family law, she brings a deep understanding of both the courtroom process and the art of negotiation that helps clients resolve disputes.

She handles a wide range of family law issues, including divorce, child custody and support, protection from abuse, and postnuptial agreements. She focuses her practice on traditional representation and negotiation to help clients reach practical solutions.

Susan brings a distinct perspective to her practice by combining her experience as a Special Divorce Master for the Court of Common Pleas of Lancaster County, where she conducted hearings and issued recommendations in complex divorce matters, with her decades of experience in family law representation.

Her dedication to advancing family law is evident through her past service on the Family Court Task Force of the Court of Common Pleas of Lancaster County and her tenure as chair of the Family Law Section of the Lancaster Bar Association.

Before joining McNees, Susan led the family law practice at a Lancaster-based firm, representing clients in a variety of legal matters.
