Overview
Garth supports families and business owners in the preparation and execution of powers of attorney, living wills, trusts, and other essential estate planning documents.
With more than 20 years of experience, he develops comprehensive estate plans that are tailored to each client’s unique objectives. He prioritizes distilling complex estate and fiduciary concepts into clear, practical guidance that helps clients navigate their matters with confidence.
Prior to his work in estates, Garth served as an assistant district attorney in Chester County. There, he gained significant litigation experience that strengthened his ability to evaluate contested issues, enabling him to better advocate for his clients today. Now, he represents clients in Orphans’ Court litigation, handling a multitude of disputes involving estates, trusts, and fiduciary responsibilities.
Garth is the member-in-charge of the firm’s Radnor office. He serves as the president of Friends of Haverford School Rowing, a member of The Haverford School Alumni Executive Council, and a board member of Dunwoody Village.
