Overview
Dan provides clients with strategic solutions to complex real estate issues. He represents landowners, developers, home builders, and home buyers and sellers across Maryland in every aspect of their legal needs.
He represents owners of residential rental units, office buildings, shopping centers, warehouses, and commercial buildings, as well as developers and home builders. His work ranges from counseling on residential home purchase and sale transactions to advising commercial clients on real estate acquisition and development projects. He also works with business owners and operators and provides counsel on business legal structures.
Dan is a licensed title insurance producer with the Maryland Insurance Commission. Before joining McNees, he was a member at a Towson-based boutique real estate law firm.
