Ritter Insurance Marketing supports insurance agents in the senior health and life insurance market, while Integrity Marketing Group is a leading distributor of life and health insurance and provider of wealth management and retirement planning solutions. Together, the combined organization will serve more Americans with their life, health, and wealth needs in an industry where technology, compliance, and regulation is constantly changing.
As part of the acquisition, Ritter Insurance Marketing CEO Craig Ritter will become a Managing Partner in Integrity Marketing Group.
The McNees team was led by member attorneys Stephen C. Gierasch and Meera R. Modi, and associate attorney Benjamin Ward, all with the firm’s Mergers and Acquisitions Law Group.
