She has extensive experience with deals involving representation and warranty insurance and helps sellers significantly minimize their post-sale transaction liability. Meera also represents buyers in roll-up transactions and advises on post-transaction integration matters.
Meera has served as outside general counsel to numerous companies, including family-owned businesses.
