Mark Fitzgerald has been appointed as member-in-charge of McNees’ Plymouth Meeting office, effective July 1.

As the Plymouth Meeting office’s first member-in-charge, Mark will focus on shaping its culture, strengthening ties across the firm, and deepening McNees’ presence in the greater Philadelphia region, from building relationships with the local business community to ensuring the office reflects the firm’s commitment to being accessible, engaged partners.

“Plymouth Meeting represents an exciting new chapter for McNees, and Mark is exactly the right person to lead it,” said McNees Chair Brian Jackson. “He brings deep experience and a genuine commitment to the people-first culture that defines our firm.”

“I’m excited to help shape what this office becomes,” said Mark. “We have an incredible team, and I want to make sure we’re building real connections with each other, across the firm, and with the community we’re proud to be part of.”

Mark joined McNees in April as part of a 24-person expansion of the education law group. An experienced labor and employment attorney, he represents school districts and other education entities throughout Pennsylvania, with a practice focused on collective bargaining, labor relations, employment disputes, and regulatory compliance.
