Mark is an experienced labor and employment attorney who represents school districts and other education entities throughout Pennsylvania. His practice focuses on collective bargaining, labor relations, employment disputes, and regulatory compliance affecting public school employers.
He serves as chief negotiator for numerous school districts in collective bargaining with professional and support staff unions. Mark also represents education clients in labor and employment disputes before the Pennsylvania Labor Relations Board, Pennsylvania Human Relations Commission, and the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, as well as in state and federal courts. As solicitor and general counsel to several school entities, he regularly advises school administrators and boards on employment matters, contracts, governance issues, and policy development.
Before joining the firm, Mark handled labor and employment matters for education entities at a Philadelphia-area law firm.
