Associate Robert J. McAvoy joined the McNees Labor and Employment Group as an employment compliance attorney. Working out of the firm’s office in Harrisburg, Pa., he counsels employers to resolve workplace disputes and other related matters, focusing his practice on employment law compliance, the development of workplace policies and handbooks, transactional matters and employment contracts.
