Overview

Elena represents corporate and individual fiduciaries, beneficiaries, and other stakeholders in disputes involving trusts, estates, and fiduciary administration. She advises clients on complex and high-net-worth trust and estate litigation, including will contests, trust disputes, powers of attorney, guardianships, and other Orphans’ Court proceedings.

As a litigator with extensive trial experience, Elena is involved in all phases of the litigation process, from initial drafting of pleadings and managing discovery to trial or mediation. In addition to fiduciary litigation, she handles commercial litigation, including real estate, business, and contract disputes. She has argued before the Superior Court, establishing precedential case law on trust administration.

Before joining the firm, Elena served individual and corporate clients across Eastern Pennsylvania. Her background goes beyond Orphans’ Court matters to include experience in corporate, real estate, and contractual matters, as well as civil litigation, which informs her work on estate and trust disputes involving business and property interests and allows her to advise on all facets of complex disputes.

Elena is a member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association and the Montgomery County Bar Association, where she is in the Probate and Tax Section, Orphans’ Court Rules Committee, and the Women in the Law Committee.
