Overview

Kelly represents families and individuals in all aspects of family law. She advises clients through all stages of the divorce process, including separation, asset distribution, prenuptial and postnuptial agreements, child support, spousal support, alimony, and custody, with extensive experience both negotiating and litigating complex family law matters.

Kelly not only handles the financial side of divorce and family law disputes, but also has extensive experience in all aspects of custody, helping parents navigate what can be a difficult and complex area of law. Kelly has extensive experience negotiating custody agreements between parents, litigating custody matters, and representing clients with other custody issues, including school choice, relocation, custody modification, and emergency custody petitions.

She represents clients through all matters of family law litigation, including administrative and court proceedings, conferences, and negotiations. Kelly also has extensive experience in representing clients in protection-from-abuse (PFA) matters and is skilled in drafting both prenuptial, postnuptial, and marital settlement agreements. Kelly uses a comprehensive approach when representing clients in family law matters, drawing on her skills in negotiation, mediation, and conflict resolution.

Before joining the firm, Kelly specialized in family law as an associate at a central Pennsylvania-based family law firm and at a New Jersey firm. Kelly also served as the County Commissioners Association of Pennsylvania’s (CCAP) executive director for the Pennsylvania Coalition of Affiliated Healthcare & Living Communities (PACAH), where she managed state and federal lobbying efforts and oversaw allocation of funds to public healthcare providers. Kelly began her legal career as a law clerk in the Family Law Division of the Superior Court of New Jersey.
