Rachel focuses her practice on transactional matters, advising a diverse range of clients on lease negotiations, real estate sales and acquisitions, easement agreements, and title reviews.
She is experienced with real estate transactions and regularly negotiates lease agreements for landlords and tenants across Pennsylvania and nationwide. Rachel also represents national and regional clients acquiring and selling commercial real estate by conducting comprehensive title reviews to identify and resolve adverse encumbrances, negotiating sale agreements, and preparing and reviewing closing documents.
In addition to her real practice, Rachel assists clients with the acquisition and sale of automotive dealerships. Her work often involves analyzing titles, obtaining zoning letters from municipalities, and negotiating and preparing closing documents.
Rachel brings diverse legal experience to her practice, having served as a judicial extern for the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Louisiana, where she contributed to published opinions. She also worked as a law clerk at a national firm in New Orleans, analyzing the impact of social media evidence, tracking court orders and drafting legal arguments for dispositive motions.
Outside of her legal practice, Rachel is an accomplished athlete and mentor to others. A former NCAA Division 1 runner, she competed on Georgetown University’s Cross Country and Track and Field Team. Her dedication to excellence was recognized by her induction into her high school’s Athletic Hall of Fame in 2024. Rachel also serves as a mentor for graduating law students from her alma mater, Loyola University New Orleans College of Law, who are preparing for the Pennsylvania bar exam.
