McNees elects Peter Wertz to membership

LANCASTER, Pa. (Sept. 4, 2026) – McNees Wallace & Nurick today announced that real estate and land use attorney Peter Wertz has been elected to membership, effective Jan. 1, 2027.

Membership at McNees signifies full investment and inclusion in the firm’s leadership structure, recognizing attorneys who demonstrate professional excellence, a client-centered approach, and a commitment to the firm’s values.

Wertz practices in the firm’s Real Estate Group, where he advises businesses and individuals in land use and transactional matters. His work includes building key relationships among clients, municipalities, neighbors, and other stakeholders to achieve favorable outcomes when possible. He also represents clients through litigation when necessary, including matters regarding municipal zoning, land development, and title actions.
