Nicole represents family businesses, publicly traded companies, and other businesses in mergers and acquisitions. She advises clients in corporate transactions, focusing on efficient, responsive deal guidance that helps achieve business objectives.
She counsels businesses and non-profits across the healthcare, construction, transportation, manufacturing, service, and financial services industries in structuring, negotiating, and implementing a wide variety of merger and acquisition transactions, as well as related regulatory and securities issues. In addition, Nicole regularly represents clients on corporate governance matters and capital-raising initiatives, including commercial lending.
Nicole serves as the vice chair of the firm’s Executive Committee as well as the co-chair of the Corporate and Tax Practice Group.
