Overview

Colleen represents public and private clients in real estate matters, public finance, and general transactional matters. She also supports clients in the education sector.

Her real estate practice includes commercial real estate acquisitions, sales, and leasing across a broad range of property types, including industrial spaces, shopping centers, schools and municipal buildings, office buildings, and retail settings. She also assists with property transfers within corporate mergers, advises clients on realty transfer tax issues, and conducts title reviews.

As bond counsel, she routinely counsels public and nonprofit clients on tax-exempt and taxable transactions. Before joining the firm, Colleen practiced at Philadelphia-area and New Jersey law firms, where she advised clients on a range of transactional and corporate matters. She also served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Donald J. Stein of the Superior Court of New Jersey.
