Nonprofit Legal Assessment Clinic & CLE

Public finance and nonprofit attorney Frannie Reilly joined nonprofit leaders and volunteers from Philadelphia VIP for a compliance training and legal assessment clinic on March 11.

A longtime Philadelphia VIP volunteer, Frannie works closely with nonprofits across Philadelphia to provide practical legal guidance that helps organizations strengthen their operations and advance their missions.

In her practice, she serves as outside general counsel to numerous nonprofit organizations, including colleges, universities, charter schools, and foundations, advising on fiduciary duties, contracts, compliance, mergers and affiliations, fiscal sponsorships, and corporate governance. She also teaches in La Salle University’s Nonprofit Leadership Program, reflecting her longstanding commitment to supporting mission-driven organizations and the communities they serve.
